What can a business see about me?

A business sees your recovery and the plans it made for you. Your questionnaire, workouts and diet only if you share them.

Updated October 29, 2026

What you do on your own is private by default. You decide, business by business, what each one may see.

What a business sees from the start

  • The plans it made for you. Those are its own.
  • Your Recovery: how rested each muscle is, so your trainer can fit the training to you. It is on from the start, and you can turn it off.

What you can share

  1. Open Settings → Sharing. Each business you are a client of has its own card.
  2. Tick what it may see, each on its own:
    • Questionnaire: your training and diet questionnaires, body details and gyms. The business can then also adjust your questionnaire for you.
    • Workouts: the workouts you do on your own.
    • Diet: your meal log, photos and weigh-ins.
    • Recovery: on by default.
  3. Stop sharing everything turns it all off for that business.

Changes apply at once and you can undo them any time. The business gets no notification about it.

Tip: Your progress photos and own metrics are never shared. They stay yours alone.
