Your account settings live in one place.
- In the menu, tap Settings.
- On the Profile tab, tap Edit to change your First name and Last name. You can change or remove your profile photo here too.
- Under Language, pick the language you want. The app reloads in it, and the language is saved on your account, so your other devices and our emails follow it.
- On the Body tab, update your sex, year of birth, height and weight. It saves automatically.
The Sharing tab sets what each business sees, and MCP connects an AI assistant.
Tip: Body details set your first training weights and your diet targets, so keep your weight up to date.
