An AI assistant you already use, like Claude, can work in the app for you: log dinner from a description, move a visit, find a class. It connects with an MCP key that you control.
- Open Settings → MCP and tap Connect an assistant.
- Pick your assistant: Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Cursor, VS Code or Other.
- Choose what it can do: Full access, Read only, or Custom to decide area by area (Calendar, Discover, Training, Nutrition, Progress, Profile). Name the key and choose when it Expires, then tap Create key.
- Copy what is shown and add it to your assistant as the screen says. The key is shown only this once.
- Wait until it says Connected, then ask your assistant something.
Revoke a key
Under Keys, open the key's menu and tap Revoke. The assistant loses access on its next request.
Tip: Want answers only? Pick Read only, and the assistant can never book, move, edit or delete anything.
