How you pay depends on the service. The booking summary tells you before you confirm, and some services are simply paid at the visit.
Paid when you book
- Book as usual. The last button says Pay and book (Pay and join for an event).
- Pay securely with Stripe: BLIK, Przelewy24 or a card. The time is held for you for 30 minutes.
- Once paid, you see Paid. You are booked. If the time needs approval, you see Paid. Waiting for a yes, and if it is declined you get all your money back.
Left the payment halfway? Tap Finish paying while the time is still held.
Paid before the visit
The summary says Pay by …, online or by transfer. Open Payments: the visit waits under To pay. Tap Pay, or transfer to the account shown. A visit not paid by the deadline is cancelled.
Paid with a pack
Some services are booked only with an entry pack. See How do I buy an entry pack or coaching?.
Tip: Cancel a paid visit before its free-cancellation time and you get all your money back.
