Every payment you make to a business is in one place, whether you paid online or at the desk.
- In the menu, tap Payments.
- To pay at the top lists visits you still need to pay for, each with Pay.
- The Payments tab lists each payment with its status: Paid, Waiting for payment, Refunded or Partly refunded. Payments in cash, by bank transfer or by card at the desk show up too, once the business records them.
- The Subscriptions tab shows when each one Renews or Ends. Tap Manage to manage it with Stripe, or Cancel at period end.
Bought a digital product? Download it from its line here. For a physical product, you see when it was sent and its tracking number.
The line in Payments is your confirmation that you paid. Need an invoice? See How do I ask for an invoice?.
Tip: Payment failed: update your card on a subscription means the last charge did not go through.
